Payment

All payments are now taken via the online portal with magicbooking and taken at the time of placing your booking. You can book ad hoc sessions or book for the entire academic year, an invoice will be produced at the time of booking and payable immediately to secure the booking. If paying via childcare vouchers you are given up to 5 working days for payment to be received in our bank account before a late payment is incurred or your booking is cancelled.

You are able to pay the invoice in one go, or set up a monthly installment plan for either childcare vouchers/ credit/debit cards or both (Amex not accepted). The payment plan can be spread over the term of the booking up to a maximum of 10 monthly payments.

A list of current childcare voucher companies with whom we are registered, together with our reference details is listed below. If you wish to pay via HMRC childcare tax vouchers (TFC) please ensure you update your child's profile to include the reference details to enable us to reconcile the accounts.

To book ad hoc bookings please log onto your account or contact Head office 02089793100 or info@clubland-playscheme.com or alternatively contact the setting manager on the Site Mobile during club hours. Details of all club site mobiles are located in the dropdown list under Clubs on the HOME page. Ad hoc bookings can only be made a week in advance, are subject to availability and payable immediately. If you wish to set up a credit on your account to cover ad hoc bookings please email Emma@clubland-playscheme.com

Cancellations/non-attendance/Emergency closures

Fees remain payable for periods of absence (holidays and sickness) as the child’s place is kept open and staff and associated costs continue to accumulate and have to be met by the Playscheme.

If your child is absent from school, we request that you log onto your account and 'amend your booking' so reflect that you child will be absent.

If we are forced to close unexpectedly for example, adverse weather conditions your account will be credited with 50% of the fees incurred for this period. 

We do not operate Afterschool Club on the last day of term when schools close early, unless we advise you to the contrary. If your child attends an affiliated school and the venue is closed due to Polling for example, we will do our best to offer an alternative venue.
